Hey there! I’m Emma Montgomery, an environmental journalist and adventure photographer with a knack for chasing stories—and sometimes getting a little dirt on my boots. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Journalism and a grab bag of minors in creative media, agricultural communications and media strategies.

From mountain peaks to desert trails, my “office” changes as often as the weather. I’m here to capture the untold stories of nature’s wild places, whether that means waiting for the perfect light or hauling my camera up a mountain. Through my work, I hope to bring you closer to the world outside and maybe inspire a little adventure of your own!
